A 5-10 minute warm up routine can be the difference between a strong/ healthy runner and an injured runner.
The key to being a balanced runner is putting a strong emphasis on strength and nutrition, not running solely.
Here are a few of our WAHOO! Mottos:
Weak runners break.
Under fueled runners bonk.
Strong runners are resilient runners.
Resilient runners are consistent runners.
Consistent runners are accomplished runners.
Strength is a crucial part of training.
Fuel well to perform well.

I was a collegiate athlete and missed being on a team. Thankfully, I found WAHOO! RUNNING. These people are my team now. The coaches set me up with great training, and the team supports me. Best $20/mo I've ever spent. Christine H. Las Vegas, NV
Training for a marathon can be overwhelming and confusing. There are so many different training plans online. WAHOO! simplified my training and gave me training and guidance I could trust. Thanks, WAHOO! Running for making marathoning so fun. Ashleigh N. Tulsa, OK
Here's the story of my training before WAHOO! RUNNING entered the picture...train, run hard day in and day out, injury, recovery, repeat. Enter WAHOO!...the coaches slowed me down, made me run easier, and train smarter. Now, my training story looks like this, train easy, train hard a couple of times per week, race hard, and PR! WAHOO! Carl J. Washington, OK
Before starting my training with WAHOO! RUNNING, I felt pretty beat up after each race and had little desire to ever do another. I’m glad I found WAHOO! and stuck with it. One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed is how much stronger of a runner I’ve become by training smart. I’ve been following their training plans and advice for the past 5 years, and have loved the community, tips, and advice from not only Christie and Carlee, but all members with diverse backgrounds. Kinsey Y. Burlington, WA
After competing at a high level on the running/triathlon stage, I was done chasing a time goal and trying to meet the expectations of others…it was no longer fun nor healthy. I swore off marathons. Enter WAHOO! RUNNING. The friendship, encouragement, and pure joy that WAHOO! RUNNING has brought back into my life is priceless. Nine marathons later, I’m hoping to pay as much forward to the WAHOO! community as I have gained. Deana N. Norman, Ok
Personally, running is about two things: 1) setting new personal levels of fitness (time or distance) and 2) the community and people I share this with. WAHOO! has been a huge help for me in both of these areas! If that’s chasing down a sub 2:40 marathon, running the Grand Canyon or being injured and how to get back to running, the people, coaches and experiences I have had with WAHOO! are far greater than any I could have had on my own! No questions asked the best and MOST REAL group of runners out there! Bryan B. San Clemente, California
We value you, the individual, but we believe in the power of a tribe. We've seen first-hand what a group of athletes can achieve when they work together and push each other.
Running can be lonely, training can be grueling; but when you have the support of a team who cares about your success, it’s a complete game-changer.
The power of WAHOO! is the community of like-minded runners, like yourself, who unite around a common goal and work together to crush it.
